All items are made to order in-house. Please allow 2 business days for production before your order ships. You will be notified by email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We take pride in our quality and every item is carefully checked before shipping. If your order arrives with a defect, misprint, or damage, don’t worry, we’ll replace it or issue a refund. Just email us at contact@dnbthreadz.com within 14 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the issue (flat surface, well-lit, with the print or defect visible).

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 7–10 business days to appear in your account.
