At DnB Threadz, all of our products are made to order in-house. We don’t mass produce or hold excess stock, each item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed. This approach helps us reduce waste and lower our environmental impact, while ensuring every item is freshly made with care.

Cancellations
All DNB Threadz products are made to order in-house. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please check your order details carefully, including size and design choices, before completing your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or sizing mistakes. Returns are only accepted if an item is faulty.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear in your account.
